Another exotic fruit season at my home town. Mencepu fruit taste sour but there's a sweetness in that soury taste. The fruit is green colour and it turn to reddish yellow when it's ripe. It's quite expensive because it's very rare to get and it's a seasonal fruit.
This blog is dedicated to my Chitty Boy, a Shih Zhu puppy as I would like to share picture and other information regarding my puppy. In the meantime, I will be writing up something from my own experience or from other source of information.

Plain and Empty
It has been 4 months i didn't update my blog. During this period, i've just read what other wrote and end up become silent reader. We have another 1 month plus to celebrate new year and it would be crusial year for me as i need to think more ahead regarding family, financial and health. I've started writing new year resolutions but planning to earn more money has been on my mind recently. I've thinking about :
1. selling product (but i'm not good in persuade people into buying product),
2. into food business like baking or cooking (who want to buy my food as others like to claim their cooking is the best-praise themselve)
3. tailoring (i don't like to touch threads but it is a very good business nowadays)
I have no idea what to do!!!!

Panning Technique
In still photography, the panning technique is used to suggest fast motion and bring out the subject from other elements in the frame. When photographing a moving subject , the panning technique is achieved by keeping the subject in the same position of the frame for the duration of the exposure. The length of the exposure must be long enough to allow the background to blur due to the movement.

With little garlic, chicken cube (or chicken stock), salt, pepper, some potato, carrot and old cucumber makes a very simple soup. These cucumber consider in ripe condition and it's is actually tasteless. Anyone up for a soup?

Bunga Kantan @ Torch Flower
Torch Flower is a local flower that we use in cooking especially in traditional Malay food. The flower have a very a bit strong scent (not like normal flower) and no need to cook it (either pound it or cut it thin). We can get this flower in a reasonable price. I've saw a blog that have a little bit info regarding benefit of this flower (beside cooking). Please click HERE for further information.
Anyone else familiar with this flower?

Water Apple (Jambu Air)
One of my favourite fruit and it's a seasonal fruit. My father normally bring this fruit from his workplace as they have a few trees of water apple, mango and rambutans. I've been once there during water apple's season and it was very tempting as most of the fruits grow low and we can just reach it easily. One thing we need to be careful is Kerengga (red ants but in a bigger version).
