Another exotic fruit season at my home town. Mencepu fruit taste sour but there's a sweetness in that soury taste. The fruit is green colour and it turn to reddish yellow when it's ripe. It's quite expensive because it's very rare to get and it's a seasonal fruit.
This blog is dedicated to my Chitty Boy, a Shih Zhu puppy as I would like to share picture and other information regarding my puppy. In the meantime, I will be writing up something from my own experience or from other source of information.

Ingredient :
-Some boneless chicken ( steam and chop it into very small pieces)
-3 stalk of Petai
-15 dry chilies ground with little water and 4 pieces of garlic (makes it paste)
-Cooking Oil

Method :
-Put some cooking oil into the pan.
-Pour the chilies paste into the oil and stir it a while until all the oil absorbed by the paste.
-Add petai and saute for a while then finally put in the mince chicken.
-Mince chicken will blend with the chili paste and it should be dry dish.
-Ready to serve.
